Timothy Benoit is has been trained in Structural Integration, Oncological Massage Shiatsu, PreNatal and Swedish massage. He combines Neuromuscular Therapy as well as other Eastern and Western massage modalities in his sessions. Tim is an experienced triathlete, marathon runner and martial artist giving him insight into specific body mechanics and how massage could improve body efficiency. The years of experience as a professional photographer and designer has also added to Tim’s abilities to see beyond a physical touch. He believes you have the ability to enhance wellness in your life. As a therapist, he facilitates a path for you to help yourself.
Jannette is a Colon-Hydro Therapist and a certified Nurse Assistant. Her 10 years of customer service experience and passion to help others has allowed her to bring healing and comfort to people in need.
Jannette has experienced her own personal struggle with colon issues in the past and she knows how challenging and uncomfortable it is dealing with an unbalanced colon. Her past struggles have not only allowed her to have an even better understanding of her clients but they have also made her job more meaningful and fulfilling. Colon Hydrotherapy healed Jannette of her colon issues and she strongly believes in this therapy.
Jannette has worked as a Colon-Hydro Therapist for 6 years now and she is very excited to introduce this form of healing to others. She’s excited to continue her journey in helping others heal and growing as a therapist in holistic healing services.
Leyli spent her young years as a dancer and also swam competitively in high school. Leyli would then attend Eureka College where she pursued and completed her B.S. in Biology. After college she went on to the Cortiva Institute and received her certification and licensure in massage therapy and then practiced for 3 ½ years. Leyli then received training for colon therapy. As a colon therapist Leyli is very gentle and comforting throughout the entire process. Leyli also does other holistic therapies at Karyn’s including, lymphatic drainage, ear coning, and aqua chi. Leyli has a very well rounded knowledge base for how the body moves and how it works. She is currently pursuing her nursing degree.
Shakeila Muhammad is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reflexology Practitioner and Yoga Instructor. She is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) – Illinois Chapter. Her unique style integrates training in Eastern and Western massage modalities which include Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Tui Na (Acupressure Massage), Aromatherapy and Yogic Breathing. Because of her love of holistic health and wellness, she customizes each treatment to meet her client’s needs. Shakeila believes that the body has the ability to heal itself and utilizes her skills to support the process!

Ecaterina is a Hydra Facial Technician and Colon-Hydro Therapist. She has attended many additional advanced skin care courses and esthetics educational training in the science of the skin and its required care to keep the skin healthy and happy. Her passion for holistic living makes her job an enjoyable experience each day, working on both ends (Face & Colon). She believes that most skin concerns are connected to the colon.
