Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped pecans
 - 11⁄2 cups carob powder
 - 1 cup almond butter
 - 1 cup honey
 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
 - 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
 
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
 - Mix well.
 - Press into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
 - Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
