Ingredients
- 10 cups cashews
- 2 cups sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 ½ cup of honey
- ¼ cup plus 2 table spoons almond butter
Directions
- Put the cashews in a blender. Process into a fine powder. Transfer the cashews to a large bowl.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture 1/1/2 inches thick on dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 188 degrees F 48 hours. Cut into the desired sizes and shapes.
